To help protect the health and safety of all dogs in our care, all boarding and training dogs must have current vaccination records on file before services can be provided.Required vaccinations include:• Rabies• DHPP/DA2PP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza)• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)Leptospirosis vaccination is also strongly recommended based on current veterinary vaccination guidelines and the increased exposure risk associated with environments where multiple dogs are housed and cared for.Vaccinations must be current according to your veterinarian's recommended schedule. Puppies must be appropriately vaccinated for their age before participating in any services.

Clients must create a Kennel Booker profile and provide up-to-date vaccination records and any required intake information before their dog's visit.

All first-time boarding clients must complete a Trial Visit before booking an overnight stay. This allows us to assess your dog's comfort, behavior, and compatibility with our boarding environment.

The safety and well-being of every dog is our priority. Dogs are supervised and grouped according to size, temperament, and play style when appropriate. CK9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue services if a dog's behavior presents a safety concern.

Dogs must be free of contagious illness when attending services. Please notify CK9 of any medical conditions, medications, or recent health concerns before your dog's visit.

Arrivals more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation. Prepaid amounts may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.

CK9 reserves the right to discontinue services when necessary due to safety, behavioral, or health concerns. Any applicable refunds or credits will be handled according to CK9's service policies.
