CARTER'S K-9 LLC was founded in 2019 by Areona Carter while she was still a senior in high school, with the unwavering support of her mother, affectionately known as Mama K-9. Starting out as just an In-Home Boarding and Daycare business, our business quickly needed to pivot during COVID. She then decided to dive into her passion for animal training and behavior, which ultimately led her to attend CATCH, a school to earn her dog training certification. More recently Carter graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science.
